About Me.
My name is Joshua Bayless and I have a passion for music and storytelling. That is the reason I decided to pursue this passion during my bachelor degree studies in European Cultural Studies. Next to my studies I began producing and hosting radio shows for the university radio. I quickly realized that this is where my passion lies and after completing my bachelor degree, I pursued my masters degree in Music Journalism for broadcast media.

Two year apprenticeship in Culture Management at BASF in Ludwigshafen. I helped organize concerts ranging from classical music to jazz and looked after artists on the day of the concert.Editorial work for the website and social media channels also fell into my work scope.
2019-2021
University of Music Karlsruhe
After completing my bachelors degree, I decided to completely dedicate myself to my found passion of journalism and broadcast media. I completed my master's degree at the University of Music in 2021. During this time I learnt and secured journalistic craft and produced countless audio productions, video productions and learned to work with the Adobe suite programs.
